Aaron Volkmann and I had a great time presenting a talk about DevOps Culture-Shock at DevOpsDays NYC 2015. We talk about some of the pitfalls teams make as they try to implement DevOps principles. There are also pains associated with positive changes; we try to help teams navigate those and address concerns.
